Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using GeoImageTagger.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using GeoImageTagger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

Service Description & Usage

  • GeoImageTagger is a web-based SaaS tool that provides AI-powered image geotagging, EXIF/IPTC/XMP metadata writing, and related image processing services.
  • Free plan users receive 5 images per day with up to 2 images per upload. Pro plan users receive 1,000 images per month with up to 10 images per upload.
  • The Service also includes free standalone tools: Metadata Viewer, Image Compressor, and Image Converter.
  • Service availability, features, and quotas may change over time. We strive to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Prohibited Use

  • You may not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service infrastructure.
  • Automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or circumventing usage limits is prohibited.
  • You may not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing activities.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Payments & Refunds

  • The Pro plan is billed monthly at $10/month via Stripe. Prices may change with advance notice.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact geoimagetagger@gmail.com for refund requests.
  • We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • AI-generated location detection, tags, and descriptions are best-effort results. Accuracy is not guaranteed and depends on image content.
  • GeoImageTagger is not liable for any data loss, image corruption, or inaccuracies resulting from the use of the Service.
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of metadata written to your images before publishing or distributing them.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property & Content

  • You retain full ownership of all images you upload and all metadata generated for your images.
  • By uploading images, you grant GeoImageTagger a temporary, limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • The GeoImageTagger brand, logo, website design, and proprietary tools are the intellectual property of GeoImageTagger.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Service or its components without written permission.
